While Captain Ron’s popular fear of flying classes are currently only offered in the Phoenix and LA areas, through his website anyone can access free of charge his initial classes for fearful flyers, along with other videos and resources.

His website offers a wealth of free information and self-help for anxiety disorders and fear of flying. In addition to his terrific workbook for anxious flyers, Dr. Carbonell’s workbook for panic attacks, also listed in the publications list below, includes a chapter specifically for aviophobia.
